Violence erupted in Gaya district of India's Bihar state on Monday as members of two communities clashed. A dispute arose when a religious procession passed by.
The incident occurred when people from a community objected to the loudspeakers that accompanied the procession.
Angry mobs torched two vehicles and set on fire three huts in Baradih village of the district.Four people received minor injuries .
and on top of that it is Assembly election time in Bihar , hence it is unwise to bring any Leader and personalities for campaigns which can create communal trouble in otherwise Secular State of Bihar.
The 2010 Bihar elections had been marrred by Naxal violence in most of the districts of bihar Rural areas , As Maoists are fighting against the Government of neglecting their regions and keeping them deprived of any development , and led their lives into extreme poverty, thats how Bihar Naxalites justify their themselves . bihar govt led by Nitish Kumar is actively doing development work in bihar by rapid industrialisation and Agriculture & Educational growth , but the development speed is very slow , still 100% Bihar villages dont have electricity .
And giving a second term to current govt can be a harmful for bihar's development as he is less agressive in working and probably can get more lethargic by taking the win in state elections 2010 for granted .

Mentally, it is said to make you very alert.
And spiritually, it is supposed to raise you to the plane of ecstasy.
According to traditional nutritionists, it is a complete food that

Mixed into flour which has spices added, it is then made
into papads or poppadoms which are carried into the venue.
With bhang inside you, the sound of music affects all your senses,
filling you with joy with each note that is played or sung. And at time,

A plant you probably wouldn’t notice if you didn’t know –
and it has such power.
The potent way it affects the mind, body and soul is something that stays on in the memory long
after the last bit of colour of Holi is washed off.
Negative Points
Just like every thing has good and bad effects , even bhaang plant has negative effect , like there is lot of illegal sale and smuggling in purvanchal, bihar and nepal of bhaang.
It is also getting popular amongst the Naxalites and Maoist peopl of Bihar.

Shiraz E Hind Jaunpur Educational center of Purvanchal
Just like Shiraz was the center of learning in Persia and Central Asia , Jaunpur was the center of learning in India a few hundred years back, during the Sharqi dynasty rule and before, and hence the name Shiraz E Hind Jaunpur.
It had best textile industry , Perfume industry and Carpet industry with techniques from Central Asia and Iran weavers. It aslo
Uttar Pradesh Government should focus on developing Jaunpur railway station and connecting it with frequesnt trains to major cities of india which is currently lacking
and also the Jaunpur - Vanrasi and Jaunpur- Lucknow highway should be established and built to the national standards.
Now industries are coming up on Varanasi Jaunpur highway. A cotton mill is operational near Karanja Kala. Animal husbandry also constitutes a sector of economy .
UP govt should also provide the Varanasi Jaunpur highway with more educational institutions like ITI, polutechnique , Nursing college and engg/medical college , as significant population from Shiraz E Hind is working in the Middle East and abroad and enhancing there skills with such courses will provide more job and employment oppurtunity
The town is scattered with mosques, tombs, havelis, remnants of a unique architecture and history. There are five rivers Gomati, Sai, Varuna, basuhi and Pili (river) that make its land fertile , and govt should concentrate of developing commercial agriculture and agro industries
Famous scholar of JAunpur during sharqi perios was Muhammad Jaunpuri , son of Syed Khan of Persia.
Satharia industrial development authority has carefully planned and nurtured a self sufficient industrial area well endowed with requisite infrastructure and logistical support systems. But comparatively there are very few Industrial zones and SEZ in Jaunpur
and hence lot of improvement needs to be done in this area
Tourimsm industry has huge prospects in Jaunpur as Jaunpur is one of the larger districts in Uttar Pradesh and has the third largest population in the state. There are many places of historical significance in Jaunpur:
1.Viz.yamdigni rishi ka ashram
2.Maa sheetala shakti peeth
3.Atala Masjid (known for its fusion of Hindu and Islamic architectural style)
4.Jama Masjid
5.Bari masjid
6.Laxman ka quila

8.Shahi Bridge
9.Chaar angulia masjid
10.Khanquah Alia Rasheedia

15.Rauza e ali(a.s) HamzaPur jaunpur
16.Rauza Imampur Jaunpur
17.Zulqadar Manzil
18.laldarwaza masjid
Negative points : The Shiraz E Hind Jaunpur has some negative elements attached to it , like problems with Naxalites and Maoist who are fighting against the Government and feel that this region has been neglected of economic development and prosperity . And there are many shops and businesses in Shiraz E Hind Jaunpur also known for sale of spurious goods and adulterated food stuff.

DESWA
DESWA is a movie about 3 migrants from Bihar who move out in search of greener pastures to other city .
Excerpt from media
Neetu Chandra has devised huge plans for her debut production venture DESWA.
Though Bhojpuri films see a limited released in the country, DESWA would be going big.
Not just would it see a pan-India release in early 2011, it would also explore global audience with premiers taking place in different parts of the world.
download NEETU CHANDRA wallpapers
"We are aiming at going global with the film", divulges Neetu whose brother Nitin Chandra is directing the film,
"The film would not just be premiered in Patna, Delhi and Lucknow but also Mauritius.
After all there are so many Biharis out there in Mauritius. DESWA would help them make a connect with their
own soil all over again. We may even go to other countries for a premier."
CHECK OUT: Neetu's learning Tamil
As per Neetu, the film would not just have dialogues in Bhojpuri but also in Hindi, English and - believe it or not - Telugu.
Moreover, the film would be dubbed in Tamil, Telugu as well as Marathi so that it reaches out to the farthest corner of the country.
"The intent here is not just to make a film, make profits and sit back and relax.
This is just a humble beginning and there are miles to go", says Neetu, "With DESWA, we would be redefining the very face of Bhojpuri cinema."
The film sees the launch of three newcomers - Deepak Singh, Kranti Prakash and Ajay Kumar. However,
Neetu would be seen only in a guest appearance and not as the leading lady.
Instead, a girl by the name of Aarti Puri is being seen in the film.
From Bollywood, it is Ashish Vidyarthi who would be seen in a major role.
Currently, DESWA is being sent to film festivals before it sees a theatrical release.

Purvanchal Agriculture sector must be improved.
The growth rate of agriculture sector in Purvanchal has been very very slow since ages . The growth rate in Agro sectors in Purvanchal must be increased for years to come.
Agriculture is the core competency of Purvanchal and all our effort should be put in place to get the Agro Growth going.
Eastern UP with its fertile Gengetic plains should become Bread Basket for country. However currently Purvanchal is facing certain challenges:
1: UP State irrigation department is in efficient in providing water supply to Purvanchal approparitely
2: Power supply by PVVNL ( Purvanchal Vidyut Board ) to rural purvanchal regions is abysmal and many villages dont even have Electricity pole and transformer installed.
The agriculture must grow at much higher rate. It has to reach a high growth level to become the bread basket of India. This will require strong commitment from all the stakeholders, Central Government, State Government led by Mayawati , local administrative staff and the farmers to work jointly. The farmers must be able to take the opportunity with open arms.
The infrastructure and control required by farmers to meet their part of commitment for 10% growth are:
1: Access to Information (7x24) Farmers even in the remotest part of Bihar should have access to pertinent information seven days a week 24 hours a day. The recent devastation in Purnea and other area shows the lack of this infrastructure. The availability to get world price of grain, weather, information on nearest market, market demand of high cash value crop and good farming techniques would give farmers a chance to play their role in achieving 10% growth.
2: Access to Market: Not all the farmers have access to market. This compromises in the income of farmer. Samridhi foundation has proved that by giving access to market the farmers will easily raise their income. The construction of roads and providing special transport service to transport farmer’s produce to reach market will enable the access to market. This will not only facilitate to get fresh quality of produce but also in larger quantity. Government should not hesitate to give special incentives to transport service provider who bring the fresh produce directly from farmers to market in an expeditious way.
3: Value Add to Produce: Bring the packaging plants to farmers, so that they can move up the food chain by providing items with value added. Processing of Dried fruits, vegetables and vacuum packed fruits and vegetables etc. will not only reduce the wastage but also produce employment while generating more revenue for farmers. This value add and reduction in waste will result in increased revenue for farmer, which will work as incentive to achieve 10 % growth.
4: Access to Water: The infrastructure must be put in place such that the excessive rain or extra dry spell will not severely hurt the crop production. This can be done by state government working very closely with central government to manage the water by constructing, dams, canals, and interconnecting rivers. Hon President Kalam has a master plan to connect the rivers of state and India. Purvanchal will become the capital of water in coming decades and century with rivers like
ganga , Gomti etc. The successful water management will stop the devastation, and the Government and state can spend money on development, rather than on repair.
5: Access to Power: Power is key to increase efficiency of farmers, The watering of crop, processing for value added, capability to access information, requires power all the time. The success to achieve 10% growth in agriculture could be severely hampered by non availability of power. Government must provide incentives for generation of clean and green renewable energy following example of Bihar's power generation from Rice husk , Chaurs by Saran renewable energy etc. This is a opportunity which is just knocking at the door. Government of UP and Purvanchal administration, should promote the clean energy power generation by providing huge incentives to set up renewable power generation in village and it’s surrounding areas.
6: Access to essential services: Farmers should be able to fill up forms, request data, file a complaint, get land registry and be able to get all the requested information. These data are so easily available in any city and should be equally easily available in even the remotest village of Bihar. The banking facility should be available to each and every farmer in their own villageby means of micro financing also Purvanchal Farmers Co-operative Union should be formed which can open new coperative Banks and coperative Dairy Boards. This will increase the productivity of Agriculture and Farmers.
7: Access to Good Health: The proactive education on health, hygiene, preventative care and early treatment will make the villagers healthier. The health clinic should be part of the school facility with a nurse present all the time, This facility should be available in every BLOCK , and it is responsibilty of Block Development Officer to ensure this facility to villagers , currently proper dispensary is available only in Jaunpur district that too doctors without proper qualification which is very very shameful. Good health will result in good attitude and more productive farmer.
8. Better Public transport : UP State Govt should ensure proper public transport facility in whole of Purvanchal region , by means of proper buses and roadways , and railways facility , also there must be proper development of State highways in Purvanchal region in the region of Varanasi - Badohi- Jaunpur - Pratapgarh - Sultanpur, and proper bridge between Varansi - MughalSarai and a proper ferry boat between Varanasi- ( mughal Sarai, Ghazipur) .
This will also facilitate goods carriers to connect Purvanchal output to sea ports and other cities.
All the above eight points are equally important to achieve 10 % growth in agriculture sector. Government has to play a key role of facilitator. It has to attract business in green and renewable power sector. It must put it’s full effort on water control. It must put programs to give incentives to entrepreneurs provide farmers the access to market. With these as objectives, nothing can stop from becoming bread basket of India.
So the time has come for each Purvanchalis to work hard. It is news like this which wakes all of us up and requires all the energy to be harnessed in making Purvanchal and Eastern UP a developed regions which starts with Agriculture sector development.

Shiraz E Hind Jaunpur's Badohi Carpet Industry
Well , its regarding a place called badohi, a small village in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, , the art of carpet weaving is going their for ages and has made its mark in the global market giving really very hard competetion to the world .
With Indian carpets facing tough competition from global players, the Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) in Badohi is imparting training on better designing techniques. Carpet weaving in the country is largely influenced by the Persian style. The Institute has taken up the initiative to design better carpets to face the competition. K.K. Goswami, Director of the Institute, said that Indian carpets need a better marketing strategy. "Carpet designing began in Persia and so it has a Persian stamp till now. Though we have created a niche of our own, yet it is sold carrying a tag of being Indo-Persian. They have such a strong image. Though we are good, we do not have the same kind of identity and publicity," Goswami said. The Institute aims at promoting Indian designs and traditional patterns so that they can create an identity of their own in the international market. "We basically try to focus on Indian themes for our design. Indian designs like Harappa, Ajanta, Mughal paintings, we try to take from them and teach the same to our students. We pay heed to colours too, based on market interest," said Kailashish Karamakar, a lecturer in the Institute. UP is the country's largest exporter of designer carpets and rugs. There are about 300 well-established carpet exporters in Mirzapur, Bhadohi areas in the state alone. Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana are the other states where carpet industry has high concentration. The origin of the industry can be traced back to 16th century to the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar who is said to have brought some Persian carpet weavers for production of Persian carpets in his own palace at northern Agra. Some of the most exclusive carpets were created during the Mughal era, each carpet was different from the other, but infused with a common magic of colour and designs.

Currently Air India is plying international flights from Kathmandu to Varanasi while Thai Airways and Mihin Lanka are in talks to finalise the schedule of the flights this year. but Lal bahadur shastri airport should be made an international airport in terms of infrastructure first since it has a capacity to handle international tourist arrivals for Buddhist and hindu circuits.
Alongwith four other airports in different parts of the country, Thiruvanathapuram, Shillong and Gagan sattelite navigation system in Bangalore, Varanasi Airport will be will be formally inaugurated while the foundation stone for the Bhubaneswar airport will also be laid through remote control in the same event.
Built at a cost of 94 crore by Lanco Infratech, the infrastructure arm of the Hyderabad-based Lanco Group, the new integrated terminal building at Varanasi will cater to both domestic and international passengers and has come up on 26,000 sq mts area adjacent to the present airport building. While it is capable of handling 4 lakh annual movement at present, post modernisation it will be capable of handling 800 passengers per hour.

Purvanchal, bihar tourism industry change stance
There must be a wholesale change in the attitude of people involved in the Purvanchal and Bihar tourism sector for the sustainable development of the industry in this regions . Purvanchal and Bihar attracts Hindu , Jain and Buddhist Tourist from all over India and all over the world.
There are many Jain Tourist and Buddhist tourists from indian states like Gujarat , Maharastra, Karnataka who visit Jain circuit and Buddhist circuit in Purvanchal and Bihar.
There must be a a change in attitude of the Bihar tousist industry towards these tourists ; right from the person who is at the the railway , bus or flight ticket terminals to hotel staff , cab and auto drivers.
There must be additions in reastaurant menus like For example, are we going to have dhoklas, khaman, kandhe pohes, bada pav, idlis, dosas etc which are liked by Gujarati, Maharastra , Karnataka tourists.
And similar facilities for foreign tourist from Far eAst countries

Shiraz E Hind -Jaunpur - New educational and economic center of Purvanchal
There was a time when Jaunpur was known for its education and at that time importance was given to fundamentals teachings of Islam in every home in our community. Gradually things have changed and level of education start decreasing.
In 17 th and 18 th century, this district was famous for cotton clothes industry and perfume industry. In 15 th century, this weal resident of this district participated whole heartedly in Mahadevi movement
The economic development of Jaunpur District is mainly dependent on agriculture. The chief cause of this is the absence of industries which has led to many residents of this district to move to other cities of Western India , but now due to discrimination against them in these cities bu certain groups , industries are setting up in Jaunpur , following the industrial development in Bihar. Now industries are coming up on Varanasi Jaunpur highway. A cotton mill is operational near Karanja Kala. Animal husbandry also constitutes a sector of economy of Jaunpur District.
But inefficiency and beaurocracy at state and Central govt has led to no power supply by PVVNL and Irrigation and drinking water supply by UPWSRP (Uttar Pradesh Water Supply ) especially in regions between the Mariahu- Machchisaher tehsils, and the residents should fight with the Govt and teach them a lesson in the election if these basic amenities are ignored

Bihar in race for Borlaug Institute
Bihar is among the states in the race for the setting up of an internationally-acclaimed Borlaug Institute, famous for Green Revolution. Punjab is another such state.
According to state Minister for Agriculture Renu Kumari the state is in the run for establishment of the Borlaug Institute of international standard for which the state will provide full facilities. In this regard a team of experts from Mexico visited several places in the state early this month. It also went to the Rajendra Agriculture University at Pusa here in Samastipur district.
The Borlaug Institute’s programmes provide researchers, policymakers and university faculty from developing countries the ability to strengthen sustainable agricultural practices through scientific training and collaborative research opportunities.
The Borlaug Institute aims to be the leading international agriculture program among US universities, measured by the quality of its international teaching, science and extension programmes.
It needs to be recalled that Nobel Laureate Norman Ernest Borlaugh is considered as the Father of the Green Revolution. Though a US national he worked extensively in Mexico. He died at the age of 95 on September 12, 2009.

Manmohan the leader other leaders love'
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh tops Newsweek Magazine's list of 10 world leaders who have won respect and is described as "the leader other leaders love" though India figures at 78th place in the list of 100 best countries.
77-year-old Singh, who is into his seventh year in office, has played a "key role in India's emergence as one of the rising powers of the 21st century."
In an article titled "The Leader Other Leaders Love", the magazine said the economist-turned-politician Singh, engineered the transition "from stagnant socialism to a spectacular takeoff in the global economy."
"But it's Singh's unassuming personal style that really inspires awe among his fellow global luminaries, who praise him for being modest, humble, and incorruptible," the magazine said in the article.
It also quotes former International Atomic Energy Agency director-general and Egyptian presidential challenger Mohamed ElBaradei as saying that "the soft-spoken Singh is the model of what a political leader should be."
Besides Singh, British Premier David Cameron, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Brazilian President Luiz InĂ¡cio Lula da Silva and Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz al-Saud also figure in the list.
However, India figures 78 in the list of 100 best countries in the world with a score of 55.70 out of 100.
The rank was based on five categories of national well-being, education, health, quality of life, economic competitiveness, and political environment.
Besides, India is described as the 'Best Place to Fly a Kite'.
"Flying a kite from the roof is part of everyday life in gujarat India. But each year, on January 14, an international kite festival, Makar Sankranti, draws more than 1 million enthusiasts from 36 countries," the magazine said

MNS and taxi , auto driver , hawkers
the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has returned to take on its old favourites—autorickshaw and taxi drivers , hawkers , just for a few days it tried with Multiplex owners to show marathi movie as prime time shows but due to State govt interventions , and rich multiplex owners connections , MNS couldnt do much so again they have come back on harrassing auto drivers, taxi driver , this time saying that they refuse toferry the commuters. Now why would taxi driver do that purposely , when everyone wants to earn. Actually this MNs and Shiv Sena people are sick idiots.
One press report excerpt:-
“We also want these errant drivers to be penalised but Raj Thackeray’s sole motive is to derive political mileage from the issue,” said Munna Tripathi, president of Uttar Bhartiya Vikas Parishad, an organisation working for the welfare of north Indians
in the state. “There are so many issues but he is deliberately targeting the drivers because they are mostly from North India.”

Bihari Dandiya
Dandiya and Garba is a folk dance very popular in Western India in Mumbai and Gujarat, Now you may think how is it popular in Bihar. Well since Bihar has been a cradle of hindu civilisation , how would biharis stay away from celebrating dandiya which is festival of dance .There are many shows by Bharatiya Nritya Kala Mandir who organises Bihari Dandiya for an entry fee of a few 1000 bucks . Many many tourist from western india who have visited the bihari dandiya , have truly loved the flavour of Bihari Dandiya and people from all over india are flocking for "Bihari dnadiya".
One Mr yadav says he likes the Garba so much that he has picked up a few gujju words like “Anhiyan Aao (come here), jami lidhu ? (have you eaten?) , kem cho? (how are you ) ,” he asks in Gujarati laced with a north Indian accent.
Now this craze has doubled the number of Jain and hindu tourists visiting from Gujarat and maharastra to bihar . Such is the craze of bihari dandiya . so make it a point to enjoy the flavour of bihari dandiya

Bihars Bappa Connection - Gandhiji and Ganeshji
Independence Day quiz! Who is the most popular freedom fighter the state loves to remember by way of renamed organisations, roads, lanes and localities ? As far as government and non-government societies and organisations are concerned, Bihar is in love with ‘Gandhi’. Registration Department’s
data reveals that 112 organisations in the state bear the ‘Gandhi’ name. A majority of them have the name of Mahatma Gandhi, while some bear the names of Kasturba Gandhi, Indira Gandhi and Seemant Gandhi. A couple of them are after Rajiv Gandhi, though he was no freedom fighter. The unregistered organisations run into hundreds.
The second place goes to the Nehrus. Jawaharlal Nehru and Kamla Nehru together account for 60 organisations in the state. Subhash Chandra Bose's name has been used by eight organisations while Kuer Singh, the Bihar hero has just one named after him, former president Rajendra Prasad’s name figures in nine, Aungrah Narayan Sinha’s in 20, while Sri Krishna Singh’s name has been used by three organisations.
Bihar potters especially from Champaran and Singhara village, the Place where Gandhi bappa started his stayagrah movement , are very fond of making Ganesh Bappa idols for ganesh utsav which is fervently celebrated in Mumbai , now may be you can call it a Bappa connection .

Bihar govt is not serious to expand Patna Airport
It is heart breaking that Bihar Govt has refused to acquire land for Patna airport.
Someone needs to enlighten the state govt the importance of a proper international airport for a landlocked state like Bihar. When I was in Patna recently for my Kanwar Yatra, I saw four 737 / 320 type aircrafts at the tarmac simultaneously. The hall was chock a block with people. Earlier, we had read report by AAI that at 60% growth, Patna was the fastest growing airport in India. Three to four years back, a Mumbai - Patna - Mumbai flight used to cost more than a Mumbai - London - Mumbai flight. Now, with economy flights like IndiGo and Kingfisher Red, the same round trip costs an affordable Rs 7,000. Contrary to what many believe, the people residing outside Bihar are not necessarily indigent people who travel in unreserved bogies of Indian Railways. Why, even blue collared workers working in Dubai (and there are thousands from Siwan) need a flight to travel in comfort. The airport is also needed for trade, commerce and tourism.
Obviously, this 257 acre facility has run out of space to handle more traffic. Comparatively smaller states like Karnataka and AP have huge international airports and are much the richer for those. Even neighboring UP has a fairly large one at Lucknow (1186 acres) and the one at Varanasi at 582 acres is double to Patna. Ranchi in Jharkhand, again though small, at 546 acres is twice the size at Patna. It handles only a fraction of the traffic of Patna.
Land acquisition can be done at market price. As a matter of fact, the land acquisition for an airport can be done at a price higher than market price since the economics of a fast gorwing airport like Patna will definitely be able to afford it.
I dont know how, but we need to create huge pressure on the Govt of Bihar to take up the issue of land for an airport in a major way
why isnt the AAI procuring the land for the Patna int airport , prafful patel and UPA should answer this

In Nepal, Terai is differentiated into "outer" and "inner" Terai.
Outer Terai begins at the alluvial, generally forested and often marshy zone along the southern edge of the ~700 metre Siwalik Range -- the first and lowest range of Himalayan foothills. In Nepalese usage Terai extends to the border with India and includes drier, mostly cleared agricultural land below the marshes. Indian usage is more tied to hydrology and ecology. In some places the wetter ecoregion extends kilometers south of the Nepal border into India.
Most of the local population is ethnically Indian, natively speaking Awadhi, Bhojpuri and Maithili. They were largely disenfranchised during the Shah and Rana regimes that were largely administered by and for Paharis. This discrimination gave rise to political movements seeking greater representation.
Major towns of the Outer Terai (east to west):
Bhadrapur and Mechinagar in Mechi Zone
Biratnagar Inaruwa and Itahari in Koshi Zone
Lahan and Rajbiraj in Sagarmatha Zone
Janakpur in Janakpur Zone
Birgunj in Narayani Zone
Butwal and Siddharthanagar (Bhairahawa) in Lumbini Zone
Nepalganj in Bheri Zone
Dhangadhi in Seti Zone
Mahendranagar in Mahakali Zone
Inner Terai refers to elongated valleys lying between the Siwalik Range and the 2-3,000 metre Mahabharat Range further north. In India these valleys are called "Duns", e.g. Dehra Dun. Most of these valleys extend east-west or SSE-WNW parallel to enclosing ranges. They are five to ten kilometers wide and up to a hundred kilometers long.
Inner Terai valleys historically were agriculturally productive but extremely malarial. Indigenous Tharu people had a degree of inherited resistance and populated these areas. A malaria eradication campaign opened the Inner Terai to settlers from the "hills" to the north and from neighbouring India, to the detriment of indigenous peoples.
Important towns in the Inner Terai are:
Triyuga in Kamala
Kamalamai in Marin Khola
Bharatpur (Narayangadh), Hetauda, and Tandi in Chitwan
Tulsipur and Tribhuvannagar (Ghorahi) in Dang
Birendranagar in Surkhet.
Wetter, more malarial parts of the Terai were left forested by official decree during the Rana dynasty as a defensive perimeter called Char Kose Jhadi (four kos forest, one kos equalling about three km or two miles).
Mahendra Highway crosses the Nepal Terai from Kakarbhitta on the eastern border in Jhapa District, Mechi Zone to Mahendranagar near the western border in Kanchanpur District, Mahakali Zone. It is the only motor road spanning the country from east to west.

H1B visa fees revised to USD 4500
Recently the H1B visa fee charges have been made to USD 4500 under the new US Border Security bill passed by the US House . Now H1B visa is of great interest amon the indian IT firms who send workers to US for on-site assignments and also many use this as a gateway to a green card , hence there is a lot of politics and beaurocracy among the indian IT firms in selcting the candidates for the H1B visa and most of the few selected for H1B visa are considered as blessed ones :) , or relatives or kin of the Boss ;-), . Well , this are a few of the criteria to get one's H1B visa filed , but then after entering the US one has to start looking for another job or sponsor for a green card if you are not a kin of the US boss.
This Visa was earlier charged a price of USD 2500 which was very less compared to the benefits this visa gives to the company f getting workers on lower wages and workers to get an entry into the United States to settle , so increasing it to 4500 is very well justified. Also The US government proposes to spend an additional USD 600 million to beef up border security and proposes to fund it by using proceeds from this hike in visa fees , it will be levied once it gets an aye from the House of Representatives and goes under the pen of Mr Obama , and hence become a law.
